The Goldlust Effect
Named after the Brown University scientist who first formally characterized it, The Goldlust Effect is a phenomenon in which an email recipient mentally hears the author's physical voice while reading the message. Closely related is the Holmes Effect, in which an email recipient mentally sees the author's physical mannerisms and gesticulations while reading the message.
When I started reading my old collegiate acapella friend's message, The Goldlust Effect was so strong that I instinctively turned around and accused my wife of launching vocal percussion spittle onto the back of my neck.

Al (Alvin) Goldstein was a Jewish Pornographer from New York, who is known for many of his print publication such as Screw, a weekly tabloid featuring pornographic content. Al Goldstein has been noted for normalizing hardcore pornography in the modern world.
