A psychological disorder which, in most cases, a dwarf-like man tries to make himself bigger by cutting bigger men down in an attempt to gain size or to make advances in the workplace. It has been reported, in rare cases, that the affected have broken into homes of the bigger people they encounter on a daily basis and gnawed off the soles of shoes in yet another attempt to gain stature.

I was thrown under the bus by a guy at work yesterday. But it's alright, he suffers from gnomism.
