A Giuliana is a confident person. They are not afraid to show who they are. They can be crazy a lot of the time but it makes others laugh so she considers it a good thing. In a fitful moment of hypomanic glee and a desire to elevate himself in the public eye, Rudy found himself wishing instead to be Rudy “The Penguin” Giuliani, because like The Penguin in the Batman comic, he saw himself as a more respectable New York mob “gentleman of crime,” one who wears a monocle, top hat and a tuxedo - instead of the pitifully goofy, evil grin of The Joker.
