To be ginnin’ or ginning is to be feeling heightened levels of energy and or productivity, often due to to amphetamine usage or other stimulant usage- whether recreational or medicinal.

I doubled up my Vyvanse this morning and washed it down with a mug of coffee. I was ginnin’ all morning long at work.
