A pedicure or manicure where one paints over existing chipped nail polish before going to a special event. Usually done after shaving legs in sink. Etymology: ghett(o)- (man)icure/(ped)icure

I wanted to wear my peeptoe pumps to the partay, but my toenail polish was chipped & peeled. So I gave myself a ghetticure.

The act of fixing things in a cheap and aesthetically not pleasing way

1)Type of etiquette/behavior conducted by someone who may not be acquainted with proper etiquette; hood/ghetto behavior. Ghetto type behavior.

It is ghetticate when one brings nothing but foil to the cookout so that one can takes some plates to univited people.

Drinking in the parking lot before going to the party to avoid paying for drinks at the bar that is ghetticate.
