Basically the best kind of person there is. Well loved by everyone he/she meets. A very chill and down to earth person who can find a way to get along with or relate to anyone they are around. Loves to party or chill and will partake in anything that brings a good time/feeling.

When an extremely animated person speaks and emphasizes their words by moving their head rapidly from side to side. This movement is similar to the neck movements of geese when they walk.

The way that woman was yelling and geesing at her man, it looked like an episode of Jerry Springer.

In section eight housing in Sacramento. We use this term instead of Roasting. When me and my family moved to a different part of Sacramento. I used the term then, I was convinced we only used it in this subsection of Sacramento.
