A ganbu is from authorities of CCP in China, usually has more power among people. they have upper social positions and resources and have prejudice over capitalism and democracy. The offsprings of ganbu usually been called guan er dai, are natural enemy of diaosi because beautiful girls like to get involved with them instead of with diaosi. Ganbu have power that ordinary citizens don't have and even can't imagine. Their pride and arrogance are annoying ordinary citizens and lead to social instability.

Ha is a ganbu, you better not mess with him, or he may make you miserable.
