Cluster Fuckwittery

A combination of a couple of ethos of Government Departments, a situation wherein a group of government employees undertake acts of such stupidity and dumb arse that it beggars belief how they escaped their fathers ball sack.

A term also equally able to be applied to alleged companies that are owned by governments or local authorities such as water and sewer utility providers such as Unity Water or Urban utilities.

The ineptness of the morons knows no bounds there is no amount of cluster fuckwittery that these arse clowns can display to describes how dumb these fucks are. Useless.
