Frère 

Brother in french. Used in the Tunisian dialect to define a young usually unemployed person that lacks education, culture and elegance. It started on Facebook with people calling each other frère, then it became used sarcastically to define the people who usually use that expression.

Used as a greeting between friends, primarily as a joke taking the piss out of people who call each other "Brother".
