A conjunction of the common English words "fraternity" and "rave." Used to describe a fraternity party trying to be an underground rave. May include glowsticks, kegs, and smoke machines.
A phrase popular amongst fans (or 'stans') of mainstream musical acts. Used to assert the superiority of their favourite singer over another fan's, whether for a substantial or a trivial reason.
To be drunk. It comes from the (fan) theory that Commander Riker in Star Trek: The Next Generation is a functioning alcoholic and everything that he does, from major decisions to hitting on women, is motivated primarily by the fact that he is, in fact, drunk.
