Faucci 

Being struck with a sudden case of severe heart burn while sitting on the toilet. Usually, but not always, accompanied by diarrhea or exceptionally unpleasant smelling or a loose consistency of bowel movement.

1. Dude, I gotta stop eating spicy foods like that, it always ends up with me sitting there for an hour and a half with a case of the faucci(s).
2. Pardon me, i've but I've really got to faucci, I'll be back momentarily.

3. Do you have any antacids? I fear this might turn into a real faucci if I don't exercise some caution.
4. Sorry I can't come in to work today, and you wouldn't want me to; even if I could. For you see; I've had the faucci(s) since sometime Saturday.

Mask-wearing, frequent hand washing, social distancing and avoiding large gatherings of people in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 among the populace. Named after Infectious Disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Expecting me to wear a mask, wash my hands and socially distancing takes away my freedom. It’s the downright tyranny of Faucism!

Fauxcinating 

Falsely fascinating or interesting. To fake fascination or interest in something.

So I went on this date and all he could do was talk about himself. He was so self-centered that he couldn't pick-up on the fact I was fauxcinating the whole time.
After listening to their story for 20 minutes about how great their trip to Fuddruckers was, I told them their story was so fauxcinating.

Fauxcial Media 

Contrived, inauthentic or misleading use of social media resources such as online communities, blogs, Twitter profiles, Wikipedia entries, Facebook pages, etc. to manipulate or to create a false or misleading perception of a company, organization, candidate or cause.

Fauxcial Media is the "Web 2.0" equivalent of atroturfing i.e., the creation of fake grassroots campaigns in PR/Public Relations.

WHAT CONSTITUTES FAUXCIAL MEDIA:

• Businesses pretending to be bloggers.
• Businesses pretending to be journalists.
• Businesses pretending to be “Joe Blow” in order to flog their products in blog comments.

- "Wal-Marting Across America" used a real journalist and real photographer, but set them up as simply Wal-Mart fans, traveling across America, parking their RV at Wal-Mart parking lots.

fake socialite. not to be confused with socialite this person is known to be a part of fashionable high society because of his or her regular participation in social activities and fondness for spending a significant amount of time entertaining and being entertained, normally socialites posses considerable wealth, but in all actuality they are poor, low to no class people that who have friends in high places.
