A more forceful way to say "eliminate" or "do away with," especially when referring to proposed ideas or projects. Originates from the fact that a red "X" on a document symbolizes the trashing of an idea, proposal, or project.

Paul: I don't think we should go through with this video game proposal. The software platform is out of date. Let's "exinate" this proposal.

Darin: I agree; I think we should exinate this video game. It's stupid, out of date, and out of touch. Let's develop 4K

porn instead. That's a bigger money-maker and the interest will be through the roof.
