This term was first used and created by Bill Wurtz. Excintion ball is an term meaning nuclear warhead or "atomic bomb".

Bill: Pacific Showdown, fight!
USA:*weapon select* boat -> plane -> excintion ball
Bill: Finish Him!
USA: *drops another nuke*
