the teenage establishment is the any young person who holds or held some high social position due to being rich or having lots of friends who are also rich or just plain popular these people will include jocks,seniors,queen bees,cheerleaders,rich kids,those for student politics,or anyone who has ties to these groups are consider part of this realm.Most of them are just plain assholes who don`t have a clue in life and will mostly be workin at some fastfood place when they get older.

The elite fat cats and cronies in the Republican Party who smoke cigars in wood-paneled rooms and spend all their time doing whatever it takes to maintain their own personal power. These are the guys in blue blazers and khaki pants who eat cucumber and mayonnaise sandwiches at cocktail parties and sell-out the people who vote for them because once they get to Washington they become obsessed with staying in the media's good graces instead of doing what voters wanted them to do. They are the American aristocracy and the Republican elitist stereotype.

The Cocktail Party GOP Establishment hates the Tea Party with a passion because anything that upsets the status quo and jeopardizes the Cocktail Party's permanent hold on power gives all these guys serious indigestion.

Actual "fine dining" restaurants rarely, if ever, call attention to themselves as such, just as a gentleman does not, by definition, call himself a gentleman.

Give-aways: excess text on the menu (see examples below), capitals on all restaurant-related terms, inflated prices, "house brands" of bottled water and similar, faux-luxe decor, cheap silverware, poor-quality ingredients in fussy recipe, abuse of any of the following: "oven-roasted" (never simply roasted), "sun-dried" (never simply dried), "French," "infused," &c, pretensions to internationalism despite solid Americanisms, like calling blue cheese or fromage bleu "bleu cheese."

Hallmarks of the service include having too many things done with you without your asking for them, such as removing the lid from ketchup bottles. They are normally pretentious, fussy, and ignorant about the food.

On the menu where "spaghetti" should be:
