Short for "tangentially watch".

When you don't personally watch a show, but a spouse or roommate does such that you've seen and heard enough about it that if asked if you watch a show saying "yes" or saying "no" both feel inaccurate.

Anne: "Do you watch Love Island?"
John: "I twatch it because of my wife."
Anna: "Do you watch Perfect Match?"
John: "No way. My wife watches that too, but I won't even twatch that."
