Police officer sting operation in restroom to entrap persons soliciting gay sex by tapping foot to signal availability to person in adjacent bathroom stall.
Some have characterized the recent Minnesota restroom stall sting arrest of U.S. Senator Larry Craig (R-Idaho) as entapment. The senator stands accused of tapping his toes to signal to an undercover police officer in the adjacent stall that he was soliciting gay sex.
