A person who sells corn in plastic glasses or on the cob, usually with more ingredients such as mayonnaise, cheese, lemon, salt and / or chili.

These people are common in Hispanic countries and are usually found in the streets by the afternoon or squares during an event.

Also is derived from the word "elote" wich is another way to call corn in Spanish.
