Possibly suffering a concussion while being extremely under the influence of alcohol. But you can't be sure it's a concussion because of how drunk you are.
When I left the bar last night I tripped and fell off the curb and hit my head on the street. I think I got a drunkussion.

Really super deep discussions had under heavy influence of alcohol, usually where revelations are had that are not to be remembered the next day.
