An illusion that only confuses you when you're drunk.

I felt drunk but when I went into the club the fancy lights and strobes gave the drunklusion that I was sober, so I had to buy more drinks.

drunkussion

Possibly suffering a concussion while being extremely under the influence of alcohol. But you can't be sure it's a concussion because of how drunk you are.

When I left the bar last night I tripped and fell off the curb and hit my head on the street. I think I got a drunkussion.
