Decerie defines a strong personality. She is smart, beautiful, resilient, hard working, and most importantly, she's caring for her friends and family. There are times where she sends peepee pics bluntly to a group conversation she dominates the most (no one cares to her chats though, LMAO, unless the topic is all about tite, spilling tea, and trends.) Decerie is really deserves to be loved, she always cares towards her friends (well, who doesn't want to be loved anyways if you care). a dicers license looks similar to a drivers license and must be produced upon the request of a 'dicer'. if a person cannot produce there dicers license then the 'dicer' will dice them.

the man could not produce his dicers license so was therefore diced because it is a dice or be diced world out there.
