A "surprise" pulled out of a diaper by the kid ( or adult) who is wearing it and either smudged on the wall or handed to the responsible adult on scene.

I was babysitting Stan's son last night, and while I was watching football that dumbass kid threw his diaperwad right at my face. So I threw one back at him.

The caregivers changed the children in the bathroom before bedtime, and each child emerged diapered.

I quickly diapered the babies before taking them out in the double stroller.

Diaperass 

When one's ass looks like they are wearing a diaper. Most seen on females, very rare for a male to have a diaperass.

A diaperass could also be extremely saggy butt cheeks as long as your ass looks like a diaper.

A way to show off the diaperass look is pulling your pants up higher than normal.

Term used for a rag, or a wad of toliet paper used to wipe your penis off with after masturbating or pissing.

Example.) Josh! Quit leaving your dinkerwads in ur pants pocket! I end up having to pull them out after they have gone through the wash.
