A reply to a thread on 4chan's /v/ board about the Wii game The Conduit. Due to it's complete and utter lack of coherence, and therefore high comedic potential, /v/irgins jumped on it and began to spread it across the rest of 4chan and Youtube. Extensive research has ended with this meaning (from knowyourmeme.com):

It means when you're a yoyo and your life keeps turning on you and you can never do anything about it. You live life scared, reversed, not how you would like it. I never told anyone this meaning until now... crazy how new words are created everyday. It's pronounced like, "Ded-ed-ed"

When somebody makes up a story that's not true. They lie and play you for a fool just to get what they want.
I was decieved by a girl i used to call my best friend.i found out that she has lied to me so many times. and this time, she told me her boyfriend was dead.he really isnt. he was a good friend of mine. she did it to get my attention,for me to feel bad for her. i fell for her tears. and now shes looking for forgiveness. how the hell can you forgive someone that does that? you cant. she played me. she decieved me.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
