red light creeping

One or more slight forward movements by a motorist stopped at a red traffic light. A futile demonstration of impatience in the false hope that doing so will somehow cause the light to turn green sooner than by remaining stationary.
I watched a driver move completely into a busy intersection by red light creeping.

you're creeping me out!

To make someone feel really uncomfortable or nervous
By the weird look on your face you're creeping me out!

creeping turner

A creeping Turner is a betting phrase used first in Thailand then more in the UK meaning a fun bet which starts small but then escalates to mammoth proportions through doubling up or adding to the original bet over time. Many people who have experienced creeping turner betting have described it as both terrifying but exciting
Ian had a creeping turner, he placed $5 about a month ago on Birmingham City winning the FA Cup and now he has $68000 riding on it!

I only wanted a fun bet but it ended up as a creeping turner! I got carried away and now am involved for thousands

Meaning "I'm not kidding." An equivalent of "I shit you not."

Said by the character Glen (played by actor Sam McMurray) in the Coen Brothers' movie "Raising Arizon"
Person 1: Did you hear that Brad and Jen broke up?
Person 2: No way!
Person 1: I'm crapping you negative.
