A cockwheel is a person who acts like an idiot, asshole, douchebag, etc.

Basically it's a replacement word for anyone who is a dick, or the above terms.

1. a male crack user who is not and has never been married.
2. A person who holds a mid-level qualification from the streets of (name any suburb known for its population of crack users) or other crackademic institution (only in titles or set expressions).
