Used frequently in tech start-ups with a web focus, or whom just like using buzzwords.

Bringing thousands of people's waste materials together to make new and unique products is true collabovation.

Often results in more work for 1-2 members of the group who receive little help

Group Member #2: Yeah this is going to be easy
Group Member #3: You two can do it on your own and put my name on it okay?
