Cuckstamp

Any national flag that displays a smaller flag of that nation's current or former colonizer/conqueror. Typically seen in the flags of former British colonies.

The word first appeared up in 4chan's /int/ board, and was coined by posters making fun of the British Union Jacks found in the flags of Australia and New Zealand

A form of government ruled not only by an iron fist, but also of a roundhouse kick and magnificent beard. Not to be confused by a dicktatorship, as those are ruled by dicks. A Chucktatorship is democratic, but the only vote that counts is that of Chuck Norris, making the majority the minority as compared to Chuck Norris.

In a Chucktatorship, the iron fist of law is backed by the roundhouse kick of justice.

Chuckster

A type of Pianta who throws Mario up or far away behind them if he approaches them in Super Mario Sunshine.
What makes them really annoying is that in the 5th Shine Sprite level in "Pianta Village", they are the only methods to move from one platform to another; and if you approach them at the wrong angle, they will throw you into the death pit.

Chuckster: Hey Mario!
Mario: Hey! Did you just called me? What do you want?
Chuckster: Have you ever known... that I'M A CHUCKSTER?!?!?!
Mario: OHHHHHH SHHHHHIIIII-
Chuckster: *yeets Mario into nothingness*
