chicoween

An event in which teenagers-young adults from Chico and the surrounding areas gather and engage in various activities which often include alcohol and drugs. Chicoween begins the Thursday before Halloween weekend and lasts until Halloween. If Halloween falls on the weekend, may god have mercy on your soul. EVERY type of party happens this weekend which includes ALL frats, trap, and multiple various house parties. Don't be the guy that shoots up the party or gets shot. Also, everyone dresses up. Don't be the guy that doesn't dress up. Whatever you dress up as, be sure to add the word "slutty" in front of it. Being a bunny? No you're a "slutty" bunny. It's October, but in the famous words of Cardi B, "A hoe neva gets cold" Chicoween is Halloween like you've never experienced it. We aren't the WILDcats for no reason.

Brad: Dude I don't know if I want to go out this weekend.
Jake: Bro it's CHICOWEEN why wouldn't you go out this weekend?????

Sara: Is the drive from Sac to Chico really worth it?

Chicopee

A city in the Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts, known mostly for it's main road, Memorial Drive (aka "The Drive") and for the HuKeLau Polynesian restaurant.
You're from one side of the river or the other, and you go to CCHS or CHS which has a rivalry game every year for "The Sword".
Former home of the Kielbasa Festival and the Fairfield mall, new home to WalMart and Home Depot, among other stores.
Also home to Westover Air Reserve base, formerly Westover Air Force base.

1. A small, black-and-white North American bird of the genus Parus, most commonly Parus atricapillus. It is most active in cool weather, and seldom seen in summer except in deep forests. It often has little fear of humans. Named for its call, which often sounds like Chick-a-dee-dee-dee. The number of "dee" syllables on the end depends on the situation. More than three usually indicates that something startled the bird.

2. A chiefly Canadian term of familiar or affectionate address to a girl or young woman; apparently derived from a Mexican Spanish phrase composed of the word chica(girl) and an adjectival starting with the preposition "de"; the original phrase was forgotten because Spanish is not commonly spoken in Canada, and the spelling was conformed to that of the bird. Only known and used in certain areas.
