A very negative, mean, and grumpy person. Braysayers are often referred to as asses by their contemporaries. This is differentiated from a naysayer who is just negative without being mean and/or grumpy.

The words origins are from "bray" which means "the loud, harsh cry of a donkey or mule" and "sayer" which means "one who speaks."

Robert is more of a braysayer than a naysayer because he is so mean.
