Its a Sindhi thing where you make your hand cover someones face. It can also be done from a distance (bluetooth boondo) and is disrespectful, especially when you do it to Resham.

I gave Resham a Boondo and she threw my phone out the window!!! That'll be the last time I fuck with that Sindhi

the boondocks 

Quite possibly the best and funniest show on Adult Swim. The show is alot more mature in humor than many other shows aired on Adult Swim. Mature as in the socio-political approach of the show.

In my opinion the funniest show since the early Chapelle Days.
