BOM. noun or adjective. Stands for Bill of Materials = BOM. This acronym has been turned into a word and is often used as a noun meaning; materials, bill or materials, or supplies. The Corps of Engineers in their relief effort to PREPA (Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority) and the people of Puerto Rico through the Task Force Power Restoration Mission supplies the BOM to the contractor.
