a game ending taunt dished out by the winning team in any competition, usually when the final winning blow occurs. It originated on a sketch from Chappelle's Show where Charlie Murphy plays Prince in basketball. Sometimes simply "blouses" is used.

A Blouser is a older, over-weight Flapper also known as a prostitute from the 1920's. A Blouser is a older woman who enjoys drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes and possibly using other drugs. A very social and sometimes obnoxious socialite whom is usually outspoken and undereducated. A Blouser is seen as a lower class individual
The Drunk Blouser was very rude and obnoxious, she kept slurring her words and shouting out to strangers, she fell into a table, ripped her shirt and broke a glass.

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
