When a person begins to speak about a subject and then works in the lyrics to a certain theme song, the origins of the term originate in West Philadelphia where I was born and raised, on the playground is where I spent most of my days, chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool and all shootin' some b-ball outside the school when a couple of guys who were up to no good, started making trouble in my neighborhood. Tony Bliar is a deliberate misspelling of the name of a former British Prime Minister called Tony Blair. The term originates from the fact that Mr Blair was famous for conveying facts in a manner that was not uncommonly untruthful. For example he lied to the British people telling them there was intelligence that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction capable of being launched to the UK in 45 minutes. The truth was there were no WMD and the lie took the UK into war with Iraq along with the US.
