Beersness

An important occasion or business venture, which involves alcohol.
Last Saturday night I had an important beersness meeting.

Beerphones

The effect of beer or any other alcoholic beverage to slow down brain fuction enough to convince a person that the song they are listening to (initially condidered to be crap) is actually moderately enjoyable. The effects usually continue to progress further by the person becoming convinced they can dance to the music, and thus finally resulting in the consumer screaming out onto the dance floor and expressing in a drunken slurr that... "Dude, this song F*$5KING ROCKS!"

Cousin to the beergoggles
After having a few drinks, JR began tapping his foot to the musical catastrophe of Pittsburgh Slim. The beerphones had just set in.

beershits

A case of diarrhea, possibly accompanied by foul, sulfuric smelling farts, often coming the day after consuming mass quantities of alcoholic beverages such as beer.
"Man, after that party last night, I've been in and out of the can all day!"

"Dude, You got beershits."

Half Beersiosos

(n.)a highly competitive drinking game that can be played under four variations:

(stopwatch recomended)

Original: Good if you're bored or need a fast pre-game. Evenly split a beer into two cups with a partner. Choose a desired time limit (e.g. - 1 minute and 30 seconds) and within the allotted time both you and your partner must finish their respective half beers. Consecutive rounds are played back to back with no "rest period" until a player can not make the time limit. The winner then challenges another player.

Twist: Follow "Orignal" rules, yet as you finish a round, decrease the time allotted by 15 second increments.

Elimination: Split amongst a larger group of people (best to have even amount of people so everyone gets half a beer). This is strictly a race. Whoever finishes thier portion last is elminated and then the rest of the players move onto the following rounds until a winner is declared. Every round is to be played back to back with no "rest period".

Team Relay aka Flip Cup Variant: split into 2 even teams. Each player gets half a beer. One player from each team starts to chug thier drink. The next player in line can not start until the empty cup of the player before him is placed on the table. Simply a relay type race. The losing team must add the remaining beer (if any)from the winning teams cups to thier own ontop of thier respective half beers. Once again no "rest period" is allowed between rounds.

Beer Shoes

Drinking game invented while camping. The first games on campus were played in the fall of 02 at the UW. Now leagues are at several Pac 10 schools and tailgate groups.

Game involves players; 2 per team, each player has 2 throws per round. Teams are throwing at the other teams’ stanchions with their cups in place. 1 point for a hit, and a drink for the other person who's stanchion was hit, 2 points for a leaner or if you hit both stanchions, 3 points for a ringer and they must kill their beer and 4 points for a Shocker which is a hit on one stanchion, and then a ringer on the other stanchion. Teams play to 21, must win by 2. If you miss both of your throws, you lose a point and must drink, if both of you miss, both lose a point, the team loses a point (3 total) and that team must do 10 push ups. The game begins by a best of 3 rock, paper, and scissors to decide who throws first and from what side.

Game has been featured on SIoncampus.com, College Tour, Fox Sports, ABC pregame, eDuck.com, several local and school newspapers and made the Elite Eight in ESPN’s College Gameday Tailgate Traditions contest in 08. Losing to the eventual champions from Appalachian State College.

On a blog "Best tailgate game EVER" as found on a Google search for Beershoes

Drinking game invented by Scott (last name withheld for Google Search reasons) of a small town with a Scottish name in southwest Washington. He is now referred to as The Godfather by players of this game.
We got killed in Beer Shoes that last game, 21-10

Damn! They needed four points to win, and they got a Shocker on their last throw.

Respect The Game, and drink.

Team Douche, beat Team Touching Grandpa 21-18.
