an even further modification of the phrase hot sauce. used to refer to something that is awesome. short for tabasco, a hot sauce.

Yet another slang term for cocaine, apparently derived from 'basico' or 'basuco', Spanish for 'base' which particularly in this context means base cocaine paste; an intermediate product in cocaine processing.
Buzuco may specifically refer to a lower grade of cocaine (base that hasn't been fully processed into cocaine.hcl (cocaine proper). Base is commonly smoked in cigarettes, its use associated with Latin American poverty.
