he who ate all the caviar

Any two-bit, dime-a-dozen rapper who raps about the same old bullshit like cars, clothes, jewelry, girls, booze, drugs, etc. ad nauseum. Tends to be highly materialistic, shallow and superficial. Popularized by Mac Miller in his song of the same name.
Max: Oh look, he who ate all the caviar just released another dull, boring, generic rap song.
Tom: Man that guy sucks. How the hell did he ever manage to get so popular?

but then i ate an orange and it was k

This end of a sentence can be used to express that all turned out good in the end. (The orange is superior and can heal and stop all evil)

This phrase is based on a champion in the game "League of Legends". A Pirate called "Gangplank" has an ability where he eats an orange and dispells all CC effects from him (and heals in addition).
"I used to be an adventurer like you, but then I took an arrow to the knee, but THEN i ate an orange and it was k!"

Ate the Onion

Someone who took satirical news seriously.
"See this FB post? Seems that Fred ate the onion."

Mamrie ate paint

Coined by the Holy Trinity of YouTube(Grace Helbig, Mamrie Hart, and Hannah Hart) on Hannah Hart's my drunk pumpkin episode in which the three girls decorate Halloween pumpkins and Mamrie eats paint.

Also used as a battle cry or mating call for the many Trinititties in the world, answerable by a number of responses, one of which is listed below.
"Mamrie ate paint!"

"Tyler ate dog food!"

The lamb ate the butcher!

Things don't always go according to what's logical or expected.
Nobody gave David a chance in Hell against Golieth, but David fought in faith, and "The lamb ate the butcher!"

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.

Example 2:
“I think Dave is finally accepting his hair loss. He just went full caillou and shaved the whole thing off.”
