Moussy and homemade apple beer are indeed "drinks you choose when you choose not to drink" --- i.e., they have a foamy texture and malty flavor, but do not contain alcohol --- but if you truly want to maintain said "teetotaler" status during said libation-imbibing occasion, you should simply throw da organic remains of da beverage-brewing on da compost pile instead of using them to make "apple-coors".
