A disorder that is lacking in the urge to suddenly bundle up in layers of clothes, warm boots and toboggans at the first sign of a snowflake. Desiring to stay inside when others are outside building a snowman,making snowangels or having a snowball fight.
The psychiatrist says when a child does not want to play in the snow with others that she is antisnowcial.
