A theoretical over the counter medicine that relieves all symptoms of being an asshole. Moodiness, bitchiness, smugness, self righteousness, and arrogance all gone.

In theory the only permanent solution would require cyanide as the active ingredient.
Temporary solutions might include Thorazine, ACID, crack cocaine, or Valium as an active ingredient.

Extra strength antasshole recommended for bosses, politicians, women on their period, and other insufferable parasites.

Please take an antasshole and don't bother calling me in the morning, asshole.

An Antass is someone with an asshole so miniscule, that it is comparable to an ants. Usually this saying acts as a metaphor to a person's stress level being so high it effects the tightness of their anal cavity.

I'm dreadfully sorry sir, but, it seems your constipation is a result of sexual abstinence, more or less, stress. You have become quite the Antass, for the only remedy to your severe case confides in GTA 5, Porhub, Boxing, and rubbing one off.

Something you take to prevent ulcers due to your having to deal wif one or more people who are a real pain-in-da-you-know-what.

If a guy is pushy about wanting you to "give him some a**", taking antassid pills might help you feel less gastronomically stressed by said frequent propositioning; getting him to pop a few of said pills himself might make him less horny to begin with, though.
