The art of finding the remains of a period in public toilets. This leads to the failure to urinate in the same toilet and sometimes vomiting.

If you decide to go to the toilet in college after a female classmate and she has left the remains of a period in the toilet. You then return to your class looking sheepish and frightened. The symptons of this are clear and include:
pale face
fixed pupils
nervous twitch where they have failed to urinate
This is known as an alex-smith.

Alex Smith 

A person that cannot get fired from their current occupation no matter how below average or poorly they perform. The fact that this person is able to keep their job is incredible and leads others to believe he/she might be related in some way to owners or bosses or might be doing extra favors for them unknown to the public.

A: "Wow, how does this guy still have a job here? He has no skills and he actually brings our overall performance as a company down."

B: "No clue, we used to be a good company but with this Alex Smith on our team, we'll never get there again."

The act of replacing something you had that was good enough with something you believed, whether or not true, was better.

"That bitch done Alex-Smithed my black ass for some nigga with a gold grill and a fur house!!"

A: "They Alex-Smithed the head nurse?! But I thought she was doing a good job?"

B: "I guess the Doctors found someone else they believed could better suck them instead of just being a dick manager."
