2. Can also be used for telling some one to 'get with the times'.

When a girl is as hot as it gets, as in nothing looks better. Thousands will tie for that distinction, as many deserve the title, but none are hotter than Apex Hot. Also, Hottie can be used for individuals, as in "She's an Apex Hottie!"

apex slide 

A world renowned glitch and slide located on the map Resistance. Many glitchers spend days trying to scale Resistance Roof to reach Apex. After scaling the rooftops and navigating the barriers, these glitchers go for the Apex Slide. This is arguably the best slide in all of Call of Duty and rivals slides found in water parks.

The slide itself is named after FaZe Apex, who was the first person to hit the now famous slide. It was the closer to his 100K Subscriber Montage.

Now there are popular series involving this biblical slide. One of these series, is Apex Time Trials, hosted by Scarn. To this date not one contestant has been able to beat his Guinness World Record time of 38.138 seconds.

Apex Fallacy 

The assumption that because very few members of a group are powerful, therefore the rest of them must necessarily share that power too.

Example 1:

Jane: The top paid athletes in the USA are African-American, therefore all African-Americans athletes are richer than athletes of other racial backgrounds.
Joe: No, that's the Apex Fallacy: you are resourcing to the top outliers to make general assumptions regarding the specified population, that is, African-American athletes.

Example 2:

Jane: Men are 93% of the top 500 richest CEOs, therefore it is obvious that men in general are privileged.
Joe: No, that's the Apex Fallacy. Men are the majority of the unemployed and the homeless are nearly 80% male too. You can't derive conclusions regarding the whole based either on the top or lower outliers, but when you resource to the top outliers, you end up committing the Apex Fallacy. It would be wrong to infer that men are necessarily underprivileged because they are the majority of the poorer 1% too, that would be the Bottom Fallacy.
