This word is used when describing something that is both "zany" and "edgy".

Wow that school shooter sure was zedgy, he gave his victims cupcakes before killing them.

Zedeye 

Often reffered to as the opposite of deadeye. Therefore, if someone is a zedeye, he/she cannot shoot to save his/her/a fellow ct's life.

OMFG, that guy is such a zedeye, he was three feet from the target and still missed!

P.S: if you are called a zedeye do not attempt to join the army. It may cost you your life and every other member of your platoon's lives.
