1. Not a /real/ word
2. basically someone who changes their mind quickly, doesn't think before acting, or is indecisive
3. Not advised for use in professional writing, It's a casual word
4. If you use it in conversation you become instantly cool (unless you're in a formal setting, in which case you're instantly downgraded)
