A slang that homies, gangsters, and thugs utilize to describe an individual who is incredibly stupid. Such a phrase emphasizes the weakness of the targeted individual, thus arising as one of the most degrading and debilitating phrases that can be slurred upon another individual.

Wentworth Miller
Wentworth Miller (born June 2, 1972) is a Golden Globe nominated, British-born American actor.
Miller is most know for his role in the Fox TV-series 'Prison Break', in which he plays the part of Michael Scofield, a structural engineer determined to get his brother, who's been framed for murder, out of jail.
Apart from being a very good actor and a definate hottie, Miller is very intelligent (he graduated from Princeton University with a degree in English literature), and a good singer: he sang with Princeton's capella group, the Princeton Tigertones.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
