Wembley is one of the characters in Fraggles. He's known to be very indecisive. Wemble is a Fraggle verb and means not being able to decide.

Webilepsy
A condition that affects individuals that a prone to spending large amounts of time on the internet. The afflicted will become unresponsive for long periods of time while they surf Wikipedia or Youtube, often to the chagrin of significant others and friends.
Alan's girlfriend broke up with him because he ignored too much while on the computer. He tried to explain that he suffered from webilepsy, but she did not believe him.
