Vegpire 

Distant relative of the vampire, but gave up blood due to religious convictions and guilt derived from shameless death of mammals and switched to sucking juice from vegetables for which they found was quite easy with their long fangs. This tradition was short lived though as they realized that stealing vegetables violated their newfound religion. Now they walk among us, buying veggies from the produce section of our local super markets, but they're easy to spot as they are the only ones who can stand V8!
