Someone who both suffers from Celiac disease and is a vegetarian/vegan.

I'm been a vegan for 3 years so when I was diagnosed with Celiac disease I decided to just go vegiac.

Louisiana Vegan, also known as Vegiana, is a Vegan from Louisiana who participates in its food culture.

This can be but not limited to:
Crawfish Boils (items may include boiled crawfish, shrimp, crabs, but not turkey necks sausage or non seafood meat)

Mardi Gras ( King cakes, beignets etc)

Festivals (poboy, boudin, cracklin, crawfish)
