A person who is very smart but does not think so. They are also stuck to the idea of dictatorship. If you ever encounter one...run. However, they are very friendly and are AMAZINGLY smart at Spanish. They may deny the fact, but they are very good at Spanish. Unfortunately, even though they don’t fail Spanish, they fail the English language.
