Theadar

Theadar is similar to gaydar or Jewdar except that it is the ability to detect those who work/volunteer in theatrical productions or were involved in theater in their youth but moved on to non-theater related professions. It is especially relevant for performers. It is more often applied to those who used to participate in theater but no longer do so. It often refers to lingering personality traits that can't be masked when moving away from the theatrical world.
My equine science teacher is attractive, charming, has a really outgoing personality, is really good at pantomime and talks about his favorite movies a lot. I told him I thought he would have made a great actor or comedian. He said he used to do theater when he was a boy. Inside I just knew it! I must have good theadar.

Theadra is.. the love of my life.
She is a girl that can make any and everyone smile by walking into a room or talking.
She is very driven, family-oriented and would do anything for anyone if they just simply ask.
Adorable, Gorgeous, Intelligent, Incredible, Hilarious, and Warm.
"That's Theadra, over there." *everyone starts smiling*

"Did you see how beautiful Theadra looked at the club last night?"
"Psh, didn't everyone?"

Related Words

theatard

A person whose entire universe exists only within the walls of a performing arts center. They do not trouble themselves to establish outside friendships/relationships. Their friends are only other theatards; and they only interact during performing arts activities. All conversation and jokes made by a theatard will reference only past performances, quotes from various films, scripts, and popular music. They often break out into torch songs from popular musicals they wish they could star in. A theatard always thinks s/he is "better" at everything, and that all other performers don't know what they're doing. Delusions of grandeur are often observed in a theatard's behaviour.
"What's up with that Keith guy? Everything he says references some other play. I can't even ask him how he's doing; every time I do, he sings something from RENT."

"Yeah, he seems really disappointed he can't play Cosette. Does he have a 9-5 job or anything?"

"Oh, him? He's just a theatard."

"Oh! That explains a lot."

Yes I notice you were low on tread because of the cords and steel showing.

My treadar went off when I saw you slide through that red light on the wet street.
