Tanganitia is a very pretty and anyone around her would fall for her cuz everything about her is perfect , her voice is delicate and she is very well spoken and always put together. Someone who agrees to do something specific but becomes distracted and goes off in all directions, like Captain Wrongway Peachfuzz

He agreed to take out the trash but then he, being a tangentialist, went through the trash instead, focusing intently on each item, having decided that YOU don't know what constitutes trash, and that he needs to decide.

He micromanages by being a tangentialist, spiraling Brainiac style into the project - trouble is, he misses the target. By a country mile.

A group intent on refraining from introducing a subject utterly irrelevant and unrelated to the conversation already in progress. Two or more people determined to curtail comments made by a clueless third party that take a hard detour from the topic being discussed.

Even though they were Tangential Vigilantes, I could not follow what the fuck they were taking about.
