Verb: Anal teetering is the act of rubbing and stimulating the asshole to be used as a form of pleasure. Usually during anal teetering the asshole loosens to the point where the finger, dick, tongue or object breaks the cusp of the asshole and penetrates the asshole. teetering on the edge of insanity 

Being so wasted/tired/high that one can hardly move and feels like one might soon go insane. Usually a rather pleasurable situation.

Last weekend mate, after we hit up 3 at Jake's house i was so baked... teetering on the edge of insanity. It was stellar man!
